IBM Case Manager

Job Title : IBM Case Manager Experience : 5+ Years Location : Pan India Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced IBM Case Manager Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying IBM Case Manager solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing case management solutions for various enterprise clients across India. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and implement business solutions using IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet technologies. Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical solutions. Customize Case Manager solutions using widgets, scripts, and workflows. Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing Case Manager implementations. Provide technical documentation and end-user training as needed. Participate in client meetings, demos, and workshops across different client locations (as required). Required Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Case Manager. Strong knowledge of IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Process Designer. Proficiency in JavaScript, Dojo, and other web technologies used in customizing Case Manager solutions. Experience with workflow development, content management, and document processing. Familiarity with IBM BPM or BAW (a plus). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications : IBM Certified Case Manager Developer (preferred but not mandatory). Experience working with clients in BFSI, Healthcare, or Government domains. Knowledge of cloud deployment (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
