Key Requirements: 5–15 years of experience in e-Governance, Government Projects, CSC operations or similar domains. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in technical bidding for CCTV, surveillance systems , and e-Governance projects . Familiarity with government e-procurement portals and a strong understanding of tender documentation, compliance, and pricing strategies is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead the entire bidding process for government and PSU tenders in the CCTV, surveillance, and e-Governance domains. Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) and assess technical and commercial feasibility. Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to prepare high-quality technical proposals and financial bids. Ensure compliance with all prequalification and eligibility requirements. Work closely with OEMs, vendors, and partners to gather technical documentation and pricing. Monitor and manage submissions on government e-tendering portals (e.g., CPPP, GeM, TN Tenders, eProcurement, etc.). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies. Proven track record of handling large-scale government tenders (state and central). In-depth knowledge of government bidding portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, NIC, state-specific portals). Strong understanding of public procurement rules, bid documentation, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Must be Chennai-based or willing to relocate.
