HVAC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians to ensure timely completion of projects ¹.

- Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot complex HVAC problems and provide guidance on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and repair procedures ¹.

- Quality Control: Monitor and inspect HVAC installations and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations ¹.

- Customer Service: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations ¹.

- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of HVAC equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure availability for scheduled projects and repairs ¹.

Requirements

- Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent ¹.

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HVAC industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role .
