We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, relevant labor laws, and proficiency in HR software and systems. As an HR Executive, you will manage a range of HR functions including payroll, attendance systems, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. What You'll Be Doing Expertise in HR & Labour Laws Excellent Communication Microsoft Office Proficiency HR Software Proficiency Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities Organization Skill Vendor Management Team Player Our Ideal Candidate MBA-HR with 2-4 years experience in manufacturing industry. Oversee day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth functioning. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and labor laws. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. Support in learning and development initiatives for employees.. Monitor employee performance, suggest improvements, and contribute to the development of performance management systems Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, assisting with candidate screenings, and offering support during the onboarding process Participate in employee engagement initiatives and suggest new ways to foster a positive work culture. Manage employee queries and provide guidance or escalate as needed. Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the exit process.
