Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to attract and hire the best talent for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Handle onboarding formalities for selected candidates
Requirements:
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in human resources or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals
