Job Description

Understand hiring requirements from various departments and build job descriptions accordingly.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, databases, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open roles.
Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the selection process.
Maintain candidate database and track applicant status using an ATS or internal tools.
Collaborate with HR for offer negotiations and onboarding formalities.
Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and share hiring status updates.
Promote the company's employer brand through positive candidate experience and social engagement

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
