HR Trainee Software Implementation Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive with a background in Computer Applications to support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of HR software systems. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR processes .

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and configuration of HR software (e.g., payroll systems, attendance management, recruitment portals, PMS etc.)
Support HR team in onboarding new tools and ensuring smooth adoption
Coordinate with vendors for any customization or technical issues
Conduct training sessions for HR users and employees on newly implemented software tools
Perform testing and quality checks before software deployment
Maintain documentation of system configuration, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides
Generate reports and dashboards as per HR requirements

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, attendance, PMS etc.)
Technical knowledge of software systems, basic troubleshooting, or database handling
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with MS Excel, HRMS platforms.
