Role Overview The HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle using the organizations HRMS platform. This role ensures accurate, timely execution of HR processes across onboarding, payroll, benefits, statutory compliance, and offboarding in accordance with standard operating procedures. Key Responsibilities HRMS Employee Lifecycle Management Manage the employee lifecycle from hire to retire using HRMS. Support onboarding activities including letter issuance, document collection, and orientation. Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Payroll & Benefits Administration Act as the SPOC for payroll processing and coordination with Finance and Payroll teams. Manage payroll inputs and ensure accurate salary disbursement. Administer employee benefits such as insurance, car lease, and special allowances. Handle offboarding processes including F&F settlements and documentation. Statutory Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, CLRA, etc.) through COE & vendor partners. Prepare and support HR documentation for internal audits and compliance checks for all locations. Enforce Code of Conduct, IT & POSH compliance, maintaining related records and reporting channels. Educational & Experience Requirements Graduate or MBA in HR or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. Proficient in working with HRMS platforms and employee data systems. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
