HR Executive (L&D Expert)

As a Learning & Development Executive at Ishan Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. (ICPL) in Agra, you will play a crucial role in identifying skill gaps and designing tailored training programs to enhance the capabilities of our employees. Analytical skills will be required to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements. To succeed as a Learning & Development Executive, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field, along with proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in a corporate environment. Familiarity with adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is essential. Additionally, a certification in Learning and Development (CPLP) would be advantageous.
