Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR cum Accountant to manage both our human resource and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HR policies as well as sound knowledge of accounting practices.

Accounting:

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions

Maintain books of accounts (Tally or equivalent software)

Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI filing and compliance

Assist with audits and prepare financial reports

Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense statements

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Tally ERP / MS Excel / Accounting software

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Time management and multitasking ability

Qualifications:

MBA (HR&ACC)

Additional certification in HR or Accounting is a plus
