Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals to ensure consistent referrals. Present and explain the company’s home care services, benefits, and patient support offerings. Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors to ensure sustained business relationships. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of referred patients. Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/software. Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management. Participate in promotional activities, camps, and awareness programs as needed.
