Role & responsibilities Conceptualize and execute interior design solutions for furniture displays and client interiors aligned with the company craft-first identity. Develop floor plans, elevations, layouts, and custom furniture specifications tailored to client briefs. Select and curate materials, textiles, finishes, and dcor items, with a focus on Indian and global craftsmanship. Collaborate with artisans to develop bespoke furniture and built-in features. Guide the visual storytelling of spaces, incorporating branding, heritage, and contemporary aesthetics. Conduct site visits to oversee project execution and ensure design fidelity. Prepare mood boards, 3D visualizations, and client presentation decks. Liaise with vendors, craftspeople, contractors, and sales teams to coordinate design-to-delivery. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. At least 5 years of interior design experience, preferably with exposure to handcrafted or furniture-centered design. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit/3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign. Strong portfolio showcasing interior environments that highlight furniture placement, material detail, and artisanal integration. Excellent understanding of joinery, finishes, spatial ergonomics, and visual merchandising. Effective communication and client management skills. Strong aesthetic sensibility, material knowledge, and project organization abilities.
