Job Role:
HMC Programmer & Operator for precision machining of large and heavy components. Must independently handle job setup, tooling, and programming on Horizontal Machining Centers.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up HMC (e.g., Toyoda, Mazak, Makino)
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings
• Perform 2D programming and offset corrections (Fanuc preferred)
• Select and set proper tools, holders, and cutting parameters
• Plan machining sequence and fixture clamping
• Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments
• Maintain job history, tool life data, and machine upkeep

Mandatory Skills:
Drawing InterpretationTooling Knowledge2D Programming (G-code, M-code)

Experience Required:
5 to 10 Years in HMC operation and programming

Qualification:
Diploma / ITI/ BE – Mechanical / Production
