Hiring UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• User Research Analysis:

  Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user goals, workflows, and pain points related to data consumption and analysis.

• Requirements Gathering:

  Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions.

• Information Architecture s Data Modeling:

  Develop clear and logical information architectures for analytics platforms and dashboards, considering data relationships and user navigation.

• Wireframing s Prototyping:

  Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.

• Data Visualization Design:

  Design compelling and insightful data visualizations (charts, graphs, tables) that accurately represent data and facilitate user understanding.

• UI Design s Style Guides:

  Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces for analytics platforms and dashboards, adhering to and contributing to design systems and style guides.

• Usability Testing s Iteration:

  Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

• Collaboration s Communication:

  Effectively communicate design rationale and solutions to cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment.

• Technical Understanding:

  Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of designs. Understand technical limitations and opportunities related to data integration and visualization.

• Staying Current:

  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design, data visualization, and analytics.
