Website: www.areteanstech.com Job Location -- Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Kolkata/Bhubaneswar/Pune/Gurgaon Experience -- 7 years to 14 years Role - Lead Consultant - QA (C#Selenium, JavaSeleium) (As per interview feedback) Job Type -- PERMANENT/Full-time Work Mode - Hybrid Notice Period -- Immediate to 20 days Joiners only Key Responsibilities: Should understand Test Automation and Open-source Frameworks Java with Selenium or else C#Selenium , Selenium Page Object Design Pattern, Web testing Test Automation role requires to understand the design and execution of Automation Scripts and validation procedures along with the responsibility for Estimations, prioritizations, Overall plans and coordinating testing activities. Understanding the Selenium and BDD frameworks and very strong on the Automation concepts, cucumber, spec flow Automated Regression Testing to ensure all test activities on projects are executed as per the Test Plans. Required to liaise with Test Analysts, Business Analysts, Solution Designers, users to ensure and enabling the changes along with meeting the quality standards. Executing tests on software usability. Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results. Test Framework including planning, scripting, and Execution, also will be learning to have knowledge of Pega tool and its features. Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated). Must be well versed with QA metrics for assessing the quality of delivered software and improving application quality going forward. Requires Peer Reviews of the Test Scripts from the Team. QA Lead will be involved in Sprint planning, understanding Use cases, Designing the test Approach for PEGA APPLICATIONS, establishing Automation Strategy for the Applications, implementation of the Automation in reducing the testing Cycle time, full Execution of QA Process, and brining things for a Closure.
