Design and configure SAP PM and CS modules to meet organizational needs. Implement and support end-to-end PM/CS processes including: Preventive & corrective maintenance Work order and notification management Maintenance task lists and plans Service notifications and service orders Warranty and contract management Integrate SAP PM/CS with modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, and PS. Support master data setup (equipment, functional locations, maintenance BOMs, task lists). Provide training and support to end-users and power users. Participate in testing, go-live support, and hypercare for SAP rollouts. Develop functional specifications for custom reports and enhancements in collaboration with ABAP developers.
