Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Hindi language lessons that develop students' reading, writing, and speaking skills. The teacher will foster a love for the Hindi language and culture while maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Hindi as per the academic curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments aligned with grade-level objectives.
• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate students' progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and conducive classroom environment.
• Integrate modern teaching methods and technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as language competitions, debates, and cultural events.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' performance and attendance.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Hindi or related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification (preferred).
• Proven experience teaching Hindi, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and communication.
• Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum (as applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
