HIL System Testing Engineer

The role of the HIL System Testing Engineer at ZF involves qualifying features of systems under test based on a clear understanding of the system, its requirements, and potential vehicle use case scenarios. As a part of the team, you will work towards increasing efficiency through automation and front loading of tests, improving robustness of testing by incorporating lessons learned from previous projects, and complying with processes to deliver as per plan. Your responsibilities will also include actively increasing simulation-based testing by identifying model/HW changes needed and interfacing with the model team for implementation. To be successful as an HIL System Testing Engineer at ZF, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Control systems with 2 to 5 years of automotive system testing experience using Hardware-In-Loop(HIL) setups. Experience in automotive communication protocols, diagnostics, associated tools, modern requirement and test management tools, as well as test automation and related scripting and tools, will be advantageous.
