HEMM Foreman

Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day maintenance and repair activities of all HEMM equipment at the site. Plan and schedule preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in HEMM equipment. Coordinate with OEM service teams and vendors for spare parts and technical support. Maintain records of equipment history, service reports, and downtime logs. Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and consumables for maintenance activities. Enforce safety protocols during all maintenance and repair tasks. Train and guide mechanics and helpers in maintenance best practices. Monitor fuel consumption and usage of spares to control operational costs. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to equipment and maintenance.
