You will be working with the team directly responsible for growing Headout's GMV & Revenue in one or more regions. The role is based in Bengaluru, so we are only seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city. What makes this role special? Analyze: You will use data to understand various components and drivers of business growth, both organic and inorganic, and identify growth opportunities. Problem solve: You will think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to drive growth. user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing on traffic/funnel enhancement to drive impact. Business acumen: You will build solid understanding of the supply landscape and competition, and work with regional BD teams to build and grow strategic partnerships with supply partners. Consumer focus: You will undertake consumer research to identify needs and pain points, and come up with consumer understanding-backed ideas to unlock new avenues of growth. Ownership: You will own zero-to-one projects and new initiatives related to growth, (e.g., external marketplace partnerships, booking conversion improvements, etc.); from research & validation to transitioning to functional ownership & scale-up. You should be able to define metrics, create systems, and build dashboards to track progress towards growth goals. What skills & experience do you need? 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in growth or category management roles in high-growth B2C companies in e-commerce, hyperlocal commerce, or similar Extremely proficient in working with data analysis and visualization and proven ability to use insights and information clearly to drive business decisions A self-starter and owner mentality - you can leverage the first principle thinking and lead "first-time" assignments with no playbook from initial problem framing to solution rollout EEO statement At Headout, we don't just accept differences — we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our partners, and the community at large. From leading high-impact campaigns to mentoring a growing team, you'll play a key role in our brand's digital evolution. The role is based in Bengaluru, so we are seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city. What makes this role special? Strategy . You'll lead the charge in ideation and execution of social and brand campaigns, bringing fresh, engaging content to life across different platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Structure . Beyond content, you'll develop guidelines and frameworks to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Track. You'll manage the content calendar and track performance to continuously refine our social strategy and keep up with the latest trends while chasing engagement. Optimize : Identify opportunities to collaborate with the top creators across different platforms and continuously work to increase impact of these campaigns. What skills & experience do you need? With 2-4 years of experience under your belt, you're adept at managing campaign strategy and execution end to end. Previous experience having worked in cross functional teams and leading the brand and social media charter. Excellent communication skills to bring unique ideas to successful execution. A collaborative attitude with a proactive and hands-on approach. Bonus You have worked in the travel sector before.
