The ideal candidates should possess key skills in UX Design, HP-UX, UI, Design Engineering, User Interface Designing, Mobile Design, Wireframing, IOS, Android, among others. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing creative teams within digital design agencies, showcasing a strong portfolio in designing websites, mobile apps, and business applications. Industry exposure in designing business workflows for lending and insurance businesses is highly desirable. You will collaborate with design leaders, teams, and various stakeholders throughout projects, emphasizing planning, prioritizing design deliverables, resource management, schedule tracking, risk mitigation, and innovative solutions development across work streams. Candidates with proven experience in Design for Mobile are preferred. Your responsibilities will include understanding business functionalities and developing software products for web and mobile applications, with a focus on customer experience using design tools such as Figma, Marvel, Sketch, and InVision. Time management, prioritization, problem-solving skills, and a keen willingness to learn and adapt quickly are essential qualities for this role. Previous experience in designing customer experiences for financial and insurance digital products is advantageous. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts to translate approach notes into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive customer experiences, facilitating the product vision through research, conception, prototyping, and testing. Additionally, you will monitor product usage, provide insights for enhancement, and stay updated on industry trends and technologies. We are looking for candidates with over 15 years of experience in digital agencies, product design, and interaction design, with at least 8 years in design leadership and mobile design. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, lead teams to on-time and quality delivery, guide team members effectively, and stay current with design trends and best practices is crucial. Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
