ROLE: HEAD OD DEVELOPMENT Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale development projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met. Team Management: Guide and mentor cross-functional and culturally diverse development teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Customer Engagement: Act as the technical liaison in customer-facing discussions, presenting complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner. Technical Contribution: Remain actively involved in hands-on development, contributing to architectural decisions, code reviews, and critical feature implementation. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with product managers, clients, and senior leadership to gather requirements, define scope, and report on progress. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve development workflows, tools, and practices to enhance productivity and quality. Requirements Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale development projects from initiation to delivery. Extensive experience managing and scaling diverse development teams across locations and technologies. Strong hands-on technical background in modern development frameworks and best practices. Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills (10/10 proficiency). Demonstrated success in leading technical discussions and presenting to clients and stakeholders. A proactive mindset with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and innovation. Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
