Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Distillery to oversee our molasses and grain-based production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, uphold quality standards, ensure safety compliance, manage the distillery team, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Lead and oversee distillation processes for both molasses and grain-based production to meet targets. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and address any quality issues. Safety and Compliance: Promote and enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and mitigate hazards. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the distillery team, conduct performance reviews, and manage staffing. Operational Efficiency: Optimize production processes, manage inventory, and implement cost-saving initiatives. Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning, innovate new products, and collaborate with R&D teams.
