Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

5+ years of IT experience and minimum 3 Years of hands-on experience as a Test Lead with OpenText's ALM tool (also known as HPALM or HPQC).
Candidate should be hands-on with HPALM in terms of day-to-day test management activities such as Test Case creation Uploads, Test Lab Setup, executing test cases in ALM from Test Lab, managing the Defect Management module of ALM.
Candidate should be hands-on in SQL and be able to write and optimize SQL queries to extract project reports from the database upon request (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server or DBeaver)
Prior work experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HP ALM.
Good understanding of Agile Methodology along with the overall Software Development Lifecycle.
Good communication skills and candidate should be able to present weekly status updates with confidence and talk to the customer on a daily basis.
Prior experience in new user setup in ALM (Good to have).
Experience with new project creation in ALM (Good to have).
Familiarity with test automation tools and integration with ALM is a plus
