The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and generating leads for our sales and design teams. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company's interior design services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our design solutions. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for consultations. Maintain and update the client database with accurate information. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Work closely with the sales and design teams to convert leads into clients. Handle client objections and provide appropriate responses. Maintain call logs and prepare reports on daily calls and lead status. Requirements : Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role. The role involves understanding the client’s needs, selecting materials and finishes, creating detailed sketches and 3D models, and overseeing the entire design process from start to finish. Responsibilities : Conceptualize interior designs based on client needs. Create detailed CAD drawings and 3D renderings. Manage material selection and design procurement. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and architects. Oversee project timelines and budgets. Conduct site visits for design implementation.
