We're looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to assist in the making of high-quality handcrafted products, including: _ Golu dolls & festive miniatures Wooden/MDF-based home décor Painting, detailing, and finishing craft items Paper, fabric, clay, or mixed-media craft work Responsibilities: Assist in assembling, painting, or decorating handmade items Cut, shape, and prepare materials (wood, clay, fabric, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace Pack finished products with care for shipping or events Follow design references and instructions with accuracy What We’re Looking For: Passion for creativity and handmade art Patience, attention to detail, and neat finishing skills Experience in any form of craft work (professional or personal hobby) Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Team player with a positive, cooperative attitude Preferred Skills (not mandatory): Hand-painting, sculpting, or decoupage Experience with materials like MDF, pine wood, paper mache, resin, etc. Prior exposure to Navaratri Golu or Indian festive crafts Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
