There sales team and distributors are liers and do not deliver items in time after taking payment. All you can do is keep chasing them to get the products delivered.

Very bad experience. Bought smart WiFi bulb but within a month its red led stop glowing. Didn't get any support from call centre finally drop a complain on their site. But after passing abt 1 month yet no any response.
