Job Description: Gurully is actively searching for a dynamic and creative Content Creator with a specialization in video production for our LinkedIn and YouTube channels. As a key team member, you will be instrumental in crafting captivating video content to engage our target audience and elevate brand awareness. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, youll contribute innovative ideas, produce high-quality videos, and deliver impactful storytelling through visually compelling content. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Video Content Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute video content strategies tailored for Gurullys LinkedIn and YouTube channels. 2. Research and Alignment: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with our brand image. 3. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content objectives, target audience, and key messaging for each video. 4. Pre-Production Tasks: Write scripts, create storyboards, and conduct pre-production tasks to plan and organize video shoots. 5. Innovation: Stay updated on emerging video trends and techniques, proposing innovative ideas to enhance our video production process. 6. Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with external vendors, such as videographers or editors, when necessary. Requirements: 1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Content Creator specializing in video production, preferably for LinkedIn and YouTube channels. 2. Social Media Familiarity: Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements. 3. Project Management: Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines without compromising quality. 4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset. 5. Portfolio: A portfolio or sample videos showcasing video production and editing skills is highly desirable. Experience/ Education Qualification: 2-4 years of proven experience in video production. Added Advantages: 1. Video Editing Proficiency: Film and capture high-quality video footage, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and composition. Edit and post-produce video content using industry-standard software, incorporating visual effects, animations, and graphics as needed. 2. Performance Monitoring: Monitor video performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness. Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills, conveying complex ideas in a concise and engaging manner. Experience with videography, including camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment.

Job Description: As a Jr. SEO Executive at Gurully, you will be crucial in driving our online visibility and optimizing our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and results. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance organic search performance and implement effective SEO strategies. Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings on major search engines. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization. On-page and off-page optimization, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO improvements. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console. Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithms to ensure best practices are implemented. Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations. Provide regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics and insights. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 year of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on organic search optimization. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Proficient in using SEO tools. Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
