Guest Service Associate (F&B Service)

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, escort them to tables, and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service, including clearing and resetting.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas before and after service periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and service stations as per hotel and safety standards.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipate additional needs.
• Upsell food and beverage items to maximize revenue.
• Assist in inventory management, such as stock control and requisition of supplies.
• Cooperate with all other hotel departments to ensure smooth service operations.
• Follow all cash handling and billing procedures accurately.
• Adhere to grooming and personal hygiene standards as per hotel policy.
• Attend departmental briefings, trainings, and meetings as required.
• Support banquet and event service operations as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
