1. Ensure joining up on duty with specified attire and manning of the ‘May I Help You’ desk.
2. Ensure that the place of duty is always manned and not left un-attended. Ensure the availing of break in shifts and join the duty as early as possible.
3. Greet patients upon arrival, be polite and humble with the patients / visitors and assist them to get familiar with the locations, processes as well as the concerned Doctors/officials of the hospital.
4. To know the availability of Doctors/services as well as treatment information.
5. To answer the internal / external phone calls, ensuring the confidentiality of the classified information.
6. To comfort the patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.
Reply the queries of the patients / visitors in a polite and professional manner in the language understandable by them
