Guest Experience Supervisor

As a Front Desk Agent, your primary responsibility is to ensure that our guests have unforgettable experiences from the moment they arrive. You will be the welcoming face of our establishment, making transactions seamless, providing exceptional local insights, and anticipating every guest's needs to ensure they feel right at home. Your day-to-day tasks will vary, but will typically include welcoming guests with warmth, acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests both in person and over the phone, ensuring a swift and seamless check-in and check-out process, anticipating guest requests, and offering tailored recommendations. You will also serve as a trusted contact for our guests, assisting with a range of matters from billing issues to restaurant suggestions. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, as guests will approach you with both concerns and compliments. Your problem-solving abilities will be key in transforming issues into opportunities, leaving every guest with positive memories. Fluency in the local language is essential, while additional language skills are advantageous but not required.
