Graphic Designer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of design principles and a knack for delivering visually appealing content. The ideal candidate will be skilled in industry-standard design tools, demonstrate a keen eye for detail, and be committed to upholding the organization’s design language across all deliverables. . In addition, supplemental pay will be applicable after the completion of the first year.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Affinity Designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW
• Experience with Canva for quick, high-quality design creation
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition

Responsibilities:

• Understand and adhere to the organization's design language, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
• Create and deliver high-quality designs, including graphics, social media visuals, banners, brochures, and more, within set deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to conceptualize and execute design projects based on their requirements and feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to produce modern, innovative creatives.
• Prepare final artwork for printing and digital distribution.
• Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms, including print, web, and social media.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in the tools mentioned above, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Ability to interpret client needs and provide creative solutions that align with business goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and teams.
• Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables free from errors.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position requiring collaboration with other teams and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
