Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can combine design skills with AI-powered tools to create high-quality, conversion-focused, and brand-aligned creatives for social media, e-commerce platforms, influencer marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, and other social platforms
• Develop e-commerce assets: Amazon A+ Content, Flipkart Banners, Website Banners, Product Mockups
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Canva Magic, Runway, etc.) for concept generation, mockups, and rapid content creation
• Create packaging and label design concepts that resonate with premium skincare aesthetics
• Adapt creatives based on performance data, user feedback, and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align design output with campaign goals

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (beauty, skincare, or wellness category preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma (After Effects is a plus)
• Working knowledge of AI tools for design like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Canva AI
• Strong sense of branding, color, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work on fast timelines while maintaining high-quality design
• Portfolio that shows e-commerce or social media design work is required

Bonus Points For:

• Amazon/Flipkart A+ content design experience
• Motion graphics or video editing (for Instagram Reels/YT Shorts)
• Experience with product renders or 3D mockups
• Ability to brainstorm ideas using AI and convert them into polished creatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,311.27 - ₹30,000.00 per month
