Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who can bring visual concepts to life—through eye-catching designs and compelling video content—for various digital platforms. This is a dual-role position that requires a strong command of both static design and dynamic visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media posts, campaigns, presentations, branding materials, and more.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for reels, interviews, brand stories, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Create motion graphics and short animations as needed.
• Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets and client projects.
• Manage multiple design and video projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design and video trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to work with both brand guidelines and creative freedom.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
• Experience with short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic photography and videography.
• Passion for storytelling and interest in social or purpose-driven content.
