Position Summary

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Branding:

• Develop graphics for social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
  
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all materials.
  

• Digital Content Creation:

• Create and edit short-form videos (e.g., product demos, animated GIFs) using tools like CapCut.
  
• Export and optimize assets for web, mobile, and print.
  

• Collaborative Projects:

• Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
  

• Asset Management:

• Organize and maintain a library of design files, templates, and resources.
  
• Ensure version control and proper backup of key assets.
  

• Quality Assurance:

• Proofread layouts and designs for accuracy before final delivery.
  
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging design trends.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software Proficiency:

• Adobe Photoshop (expert level)
  
• Canva (advanced)
  
• Video editing tools, especially CapCut
  

• Communication:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
• Ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  

• Creativity & Attention to Detail:

• Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
  
• Meticulous approach to pixel-perfect designs.
  

• Time Management:

• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
  
• Professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing setting.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print projects.
  
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or other related tools is a plus.
  
• Experience with basic motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is advantageous.
  
• Team player with the ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
