Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marcom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact visual designs across print and digital platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, and experience with video editing and motion graphics will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop marketing collateral including brochures, posters, flyers, banners, and event materials.
• Create digital assets for website, social media, e-campaigns, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to produce cohesive visual communication pieces.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Support design needs for product launches, internal communication, and external campaigns.
• Edit and create short videos and motion graphic content for brand promotions (added advantage).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality output.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills in both print and web design.
• Ability to interpret briefs and turn concepts into impactful visuals.
• Attention to detail, strong layout and typography skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Added Advantage:

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design fundamentals.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI).
