Job Description: Junior Graphic Designer (1 Year Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating visually engaging designs that align with our brand and marketing strategies. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality materials across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and email templates.
• Create engaging visuals for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity.
• Collaborate with senior designers and the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects.
• Edit and refine designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain and organize graphic assets, templates, and design files for ease of access.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas and techniques.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills to interpret and present design concepts.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
