We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to our mission by creating visually appealing and impactful design solutions. Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing and executing creative design concepts that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce visually stunning graphics for various digital and print materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics, including but not limited to social media posts, website banners, email templates, infographics, and marketing collateral. 2. Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity. 3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives. 4. Visual Storytelling: Contribute to telling our brand story through engaging and creative visual designs. 5. Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with design trends, software, and industry best practices to continually enhance design quality. 6. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time. Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. -Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. - Excellent creative and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for design. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Strong communication skills to convey design concepts and ideas effectively. Experience: - 1 year of professional graphic design experience, including internships or freelance work. - Experience in designing for both digital and print media is a plus. - Familiarity with animation and video editing tools is an advantage.
