Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create compelling visuals and campaigns based on creative briefs for a diverse range of clients.
  • Design high-quality creatives for various platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), digital ads (Google Ads, display banners), print media (brochures, standees), and website assets.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing managers, and the client servicing team to deliver cohesive and effective campaign assets.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery, while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in the advertising industry.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and a proven track record of creating impactful visuals within a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Experience:

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
    • Crucial:

      Proven experience working in a fast-paced advertising agency or a creative agency is strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrable experience in developing creative campaigns from concept to execution across both digital and print media.

  • Technical Proficiency (Software Skills):

    • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly

      Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.

    • Hands-on experience with modern design tools like

      Figma

      or Canva is a major plus.
    • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) will be a significant advantage.

  • Core Design Skills:

    • A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, visual design skills, and a variety of project work is

      mandatory

    • Excellent understanding of fundamental design principles:

      typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.

    • Proven ability in branding, creating marketing collaterals, and developing brand identity systems.
    • Ability to think creatively and translate marketing briefs into compelling and effective visual designs.

  • Platform-Specific Skills:

    • Proficiency in designing for print media (brochures, print ads, standees, etc.).
    • Expertise in designing for all major social media platforms (Instagram posts/stories, Facebook ads, LinkedIn creatives, etc.).
    • Experience creating assets for digital advertising, including Google Display Network (GDN) banners and other web graphics.

  • Personal Attributes (Soft Skills):

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketing managers, and other team members.
    • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
    • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect work.
    • A proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt to feedback and evolving project requirements.
