Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Perf max, Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Conduct deep keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Optimize ad copy, targeting, bids, and landing page performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for compelling ad assets and A/B testing.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and prepare actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads algorithm changes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably for a D2C or eCommerce brand.
  • Proven record of scaling ROAS-positive campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM, GA4, and remarketing.
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in Excel or reporting tools like Looker/Data Studio.
