The successful candidate will play a critical role in fulfilling staffing needs for healthcare employers in Germany by sourcing, guiding, and placing qualified nursing professionals. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for German nursing projects, from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through digital platforms, professional networks, and nursing institutions. Support candidates through the Anerkennung process , including document submission and coordination with German authorities. Coordinate with language training partners to ensure candidates meet B1/B2 German proficiency levels. Work closely with German healthcare clients to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
