About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct outreach to potential customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings 2. Build and maintain relationships with salons, beauty professionals, and individual clients 3. Present product offerings and provide tailored solutions based on client requirements 4. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools 6. Collaborate with the internal team for smooth order processing and after-sales support 7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to position INDUS Hair Extensions effectively Requirements: 1. Minimum 6 months of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or retail 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3. IELTS/TOEFL scores preferred for communication assessment 4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 5. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills 6. Proficiency in using online sales and communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, CRMs, etc.) 7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 8. Candidates must be fluent in English (spoken and written) 9. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and working device 10.
