Global people analytics lead

The role at Colt is a 1-year interim position covering Maternity Leave, where you will lead a small international team to enhance the analytics capability. Your main responsibility will be to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic HR decisions globally. As the Manager of People Analytics, you will be tasked with overseeing analytics activities across all HR areas and establishing collaborative partnerships with stakeholders. Working closely with HR business partners and leaders, you will identify reporting needs and key performance indicators. Your role will involve introducing visualization techniques and leveraging tools like Power BI to deliver digestible insights. Additionally, you will employ analytical methodologies to describe trends, patterns, and insights through storytelling. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from HR, Colt CEO Office, IT, Finance, Data Office, Projects & Process Transformation team, and other business units to design and implement scalable HR solutions globally. As a leader in People Analytics, you will drive insight-driven problem-solving approaches, decision-making, and help foster a data and insight culture within the organization. Moreover, you will be responsible for developing the Global HR reporting and analytics roadmap, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely HR reporting products, and nurturing the development of the Global People Analytics team members. The ideal candidate for this role will possess leadership experience in People Analytics, demonstrate proficiency in managing analytics teams, and exhibit strong program management skills. A solid background in HR domain expertise, familiarity with global HR practices, legal considerations, and cultural nuances are essential. Moreover, expertise in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, or R, HRIS systems, survey platforms, and data visualization tools is required. The candidate should also showcase strategic consulting skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, present complex data clearly, and connect analytics to business outcomes. Additionally, qualifications in Statistics, Data Science, Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, or related fields are preferred.
