Travel Executive / CoordinatorCompany: GHS (Global Hospitality Solutions) Department: MICE Travel Location: [ashram road ] Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 years (preferred in MICE or corporate travel) Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Travel Executive / Coordinator to support our MICE Travel operations. The ideal candidate will handle itinerary planning, vendor coordination, documentation, and back-end processes to ensure seamless execution of corporate travel events, conferences, and group movements. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate all backend operations for MICE travel events (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions). Create and manage group travel itineraries, rooming lists, and flight manifests. Liaise with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and transport vendors for bookings and confirmations. Prepare accurate travel documents including vouchers, invoices, and final travel kits. Track and maintain internal records – payments, bookings, vendor communication, and client updates. Provide administrative support to the sales and operations team. Handle pre-event documentation and post-event reports. Ensure smooth internal coordination and timely information flow. Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in Travel & Tourism or relevant field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the travel industry (MICE experience preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with travel booking tools / GDS (preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Positive attitude, team player, and client-service oriented.
