It has been a wonderful experience utilising the crane service from global assure yesterday for towing my car from noida sec 61 metro stn to MSM sahibabad(policy ICICI Lombard).The driver reached on the spot in 20 minutes.And ICICI lombard helpline was also quick to respond. Thanks to all.

I had received RSA service within 30-45 mins in Greater Noida. Raising request @ICICI Lombard was tough but Prayag (Support Executive) help me in that and continuously follow up the technician until issue get resolved. Kudos to Prayag spirit and true professional character.

Such a worst experience working in global assure. The HR named Kanika Sharma forced me to resign from the job even not considering my health issues. They even did not provided me my salary slip when I asked. For the releaving letter, she made me wait for a long time. Such a worst company officials. 1 star is too high for them.

The company is not reliable, seen at multiple instances and they have failed to provide basic jump start services in major areas of metro cities Delhi-NCR. Spoke to laxmi today multiple times and all i heared was 10 more minutes multiple times after 1 hour being over

Very responsive organisation. Special mention of Ms Neethi who coordinated the vehicle pick up in a very short time. The vehicle driver was also very responsive. All the best.
