Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Laser Cutting Machine Operator located in Prathipadu. The Laser Cutting Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating laser cutting machines to produce high-quality steel doors and windows. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, loading materials into the machine, adjusting machine settings, performing maintenance, and ensuring that all products meet stringent safety and quality standards. Qualifications Experience with operating and maintaining laser cutting machines Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Proficiency in machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in manufacturing Ability to work independently as well as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
