Roles and Responsibilities Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control to meet client expectations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. 10-15 years of experience in construction project management or a related field. Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from concept to delivery.
