Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement generative AI models using LLMs, GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models.
Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude) for specific business use cases.
Develop and maintain scalable pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment of generative models.
Integrate generative models into production systems using APIs and cloud services.
Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to define project goals and deliverables.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in generative AI and machine learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 1–2 years focused on generative models.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and training techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment and scaling.
