Job Description

Generative AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop generative AI models using LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.)
Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for specific business use cases
Build scalable pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and inference
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production
Stay updated with the latest research in generative AI and apply it to projects

Required Skills:

49 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in generative AI
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar libraries
Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, and LLMOps
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s or Bachelor's in Computer Science, AI, or related field
Publications or contributions to open-source AI projects
Experience with multimodal models (text-to-image, audio, video)
