We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Developer to help us grow our presence and secure new business opportunities through freelancing platforms and direct outreach. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr , etc. Write and submit compelling proposals on freelancing portals to acquire international clients. Maintain and manage company profiles on various bidding platforms. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and present the right solutions. Collaborate with technical and project management teams for proposal building and estimations. Handle client follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals. Keep track of ongoing bids, proposal performance, and conversion rates. Stay updated with IT market trends and competitor activity to spot business opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, especially in the IT industry. Strong experience in bidding and lead generation through Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing portals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
